Here you will find all the useful information for enjoying your stay with complete peace of mind, as if your arrival had already begun.

GENERAL

What are the check-in and check-out times?

At Hotel AbanoRitz, on the day of arrival the room is available from 2:00 p.m.; on the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate it by 12:00 noon. Please note that, after leaving the room, it is not possible to extend your stay at the pool. Subject to availability, late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is possible: it is on request and costs €60.00 per room.

Does the Hotel have its own car park?

Hotel AbanoRitz has a private outdoor uncovered and unattended car park, closed by a gate in the evening, as well as enclosed garages (booking required, supplement of €8/day).

Furthermore, you can also park in the large free public car park in front of the hotel.

Does the hotel have charging stations for electric cars?

Hotel AbanoRitz has 2 charging stations for Tesla cars and 2 standard charging stations.

What services are dedicated to and available for children?

Our restaurants are equipped with high chairs and the kitchen is available to prepare dedicated dishes. In most rooms it is possible to add a cot; in addition, we have quadruple rooms and connecting rooms: please find out more by sending an email to abanoritz@abanoritz.it or by calling +39 049 8633100 to discover which ones.

The thermal pools may also be enjoyed by children provided they are accompanied by their parents; however, we recommend very short bathing sessions.

Younger guests may not use the saunas, the gym, the Turkish bath or the sensory shower.

Are there areas dedicated to smokers?

At AbanoRitz you will find a designated smoking area in the garden in front of the entrance; alternatively, a smoking lounge is available indoors. As regards electronic cigarettes, they are not permitted in the restaurant, in the indoor pool, in the gym or in the thermal area.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms, even those with a balcony or terrace.

ROOMS

Does the hotel have rooms and facilities for guests with disabilities?

At Hotel AbanoRitz there are 2 Elegant Double rooms for guests with disabilities, located close to the indoor pool, which is fitted with a ramp and a pool lift. In the thermal area there are also 2 equipped cabins: one for mud therapy and one for the Hydro-lymph tub.

When booking a room, which hotel services are included?

By booking a room at Hotel AbanoRitz you have free access to the thermal pools, the saunas, the Turkish bath, the sensory showers and the gym. You can also rent bicycles to explore our area.

Indoor and outdoor entertainment and activities are offered daily. The minibar in the room is filled on request, and a complimentary welcome bottle of water is always provided.

What additional services does the hotel offer?

The additional services available, at extra cost, are:

  • A wide price list of massages and accredited, patented thermal treatments in our SPA and/or Beauty Club
  • Garage spaces
  • Transfers to/from the railway station or airport
  • Car rental (also with driver)
  • Room service
  • Babysitter on demand

Are dogs and pets allowed in the hotel?

At Hotel AbanoRitz, dogs and other pets are welcome with a flat fee of €35.00 for the sanitisation of the room upon departure.

Areas where they are not permitted include the restaurant, the thermae and the pools. We have a large park and some rooms with a balcony and/or without carpeting that are particularly suitable for pets.

A dog-sitting service is available at a rate to be agreed upon, as are meals.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi in all areas of the hotel.

MEALS

Information on the chosen board arrangement: B&B – half board – full board
  • Full board, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Half board, including breakfast and dinner. Alternatively, at the time of booking you may choose lunch as the included meal for the entire duration of your stay. Once the choice has been made (lunch or dinner), it is not possible to alternate the meals on different days.
  • Bed & Breakfast (B&B)

Please note that drinks at meals are not included in any of the formulas and will be charged according to consumption.

Any meal included in the chosen arrangement and not consumed cannot be made up, replaced or refunded on a subsequent day.

Is it possible to book an extra meal not included in the chosen arrangement?

Yes, certainly, subject to booking and to availability in the restaurant.

Please note that on certain days last-minute bookings may not be possible.

What are the meal times?

At Hotel AbanoRitz, breakfast is served from 7:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.; lunch is served from 12:45 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; and dinner is served from 7:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Are meals served buffet style or at the table?

At Hotel AbanoRitz, meals are mainly served at the table (gueridon service). In our White Gloves restaurant you will find a generous vegetable buffet, while the main courses are served by our waiters at your table.

Easy Barbecue, on the other hand, gives you the chance to enjoy lunch in the park/summer garden during the warmer months.

At the Pool Bar, in addition to toasted sandwiches, you can also order a selection of tasty cold dishes.

Is there a dress code for the restaurant?

Guests are not permitted to enter the dining room in a bathrobe or slippers and, in the evening in particular, appropriate attire is appreciated. Dark suits are recommended for gala dinners.

POOLS

What are the pool opening hours?

The pools are open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for hotel guests.

Can outside visitors access the pools?

Access for non-resident visitors is by reservation only and is limited both in number and to the pool opening hours, namely from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Are bathrobes and pool towels included in the stay?

Hotel AbanoRitz provides you, free of charge, with a bathrobe and terry slippers suitable for the thermal area (not for the pools). At the pool you can use the soft yellow terry towels.

Are the indoor and outdoor pools connected?

The pools at Hotel AbanoRitz are semi-Olympic in size and are linked by a flight of steps located in the covered area, but outside the thermal water itself. To move from one pool to the other you therefore do not need to go outdoors, where there are several stations for water games and relaxation.

What is the temperature of the pools?

The temperature of the two pools, indoor and outdoor, is between 33°C and 35°C depending on the season.

SPA

Is it necessary to book in order to enjoy the treatments?

At Hotel AbanoRitz, booking for treatments is required. Please send an email to abanoritz@abanoritz.it.

What are the SPA reception hours?
  • Monday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The concierge/front office in the hotel lobby is in any case present and available all day, every day, on +39 049 8633100.

When can the treatments be enjoyed?

Mud therapy and ENT: Monday to Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Admission medical examinations for treatment: from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Beauty and massage therapy: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day, including public holidays, on request and subject to availability.

Physiotherapy: from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, usually weekdays only.

Different times are available on request and subject to availability.

What are thermal treatments for, and how can they be enjoyed under the National Health Service agreement?

Our in-house thermae are patented at European level and accredited for a fairly wide range of musculoskeletal conditions; above all, they are effective for the prevention and maintenance of good health.
