BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• In the event of changes to VAT or to the tourist tax (not included), we reserve the right to adjust our rates while always guaranteeing the best price.
• At the time of booking you will be asked to pay a deposit – depending on the period and length of your stay – via a secure online payment system or bank transfer. The deposit serves to guarantee the booking and covers the actual risk of being unable to sell the room, in compliance with current regulations. Our policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness and flexibility.
• The deposit required amounts to 30% of the total stay.

Rooms

Check-in & Check-out

• On the day of arrival, the room is available from 2:00 p.m.; on the day of departure, please vacate it by 12:00 noon.
• Late check-out of the room with the included services means until 6:00 p.m.: it is on request and subject to availability, at a cost of €60.00 per room.
• On the day of departure, even after vacating your room, you may use the pool area, subject to availability, by paying an entrance fee of €25 per person.

Supplements – Additional Services

• The use of a double room for single occupancy, i.e. occupied by only one person (DUS), is subject to a supplement on the price of the chosen room category, starting from 40%.
• Any meals not consumed will not be deducted from the full-board or half-board price (meals do not include bar, wine list, water or any extras).
• Special prices for younger guests sharing a room with their parents: up to 1 year of age, 100% discount on an extra bed; from 2 to 5 years, 70% discount on an extra bed; from 6 to 12 years, 50% discount on an extra bed; from 13 years upwards, 30% discount on an extra bed.
• Travelling with your four-legged friends: at Hotel AbanoRitz, dogs and other pets are welcome with a flat fee of €35.00 for the sanitisation of the room upon departure. Areas where they are not permitted include the restaurant, the thermae and the pools.

Notes

• Smoking is not permitted in our rooms.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or to the property. Compensation will be assessed at the discretion of the property.
• In order to maintain the dignity and quality of the property’s environment, Guests are kindly asked to wear appropriate and suitable attire, in particular for lunch and dinner. Only at breakfast service is access to the dining room permitted in the bathrobe provided by the property for the Thermae.
