Returning to this hotel, year after year, is like returning to a place where you feel safe and at peace. I thank everyone for their kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Roberto, for the care with which you served us at our tables. Thank you, Luca, for the masterful cocktails. Thank you, Mrs. Poletto, for your always warm welcome, and thank you to all the staff for your passion and professionalism. I want to offer some advice to anyone who would like to stay at this hotel: don’t come with the superficial expectations of those seeking a cutting-edge location, but rather have expectations aimed at the luxury of the past. Be able to admire the opulence of the furnishings, the construction materials, the cutlery, and the dishes. Don’t be as pitiful as those who criticize the commitment and care of the people who work daily to make your stay pleasant. I hope to return soon to relax and be pampered in this splendid Grand Hotel.
